How To Calculate Your Calorie Intake To Lose Fat (One Simple Step)

I’ve met many people who just start at the magical number (I have no idea where it came from) of 1,200 calories per day.

The number of calories needed for fat loss is extremely individualized.

There are a couple of different ways of coming up with the calorie estimates that you need individually when focusing on fat loss.

The way I will discuss in this video is definitely not the only way to figure out your calorie needs, but it’s probably the easiest way to just get a starting point and get after it.
