A.B.S. is NOT the Typical Core Class!!
A.B.S. is the perfect solution for anyone with a history of shoulder, back and knee pain. This class is designed to improve hip and thoracic spine mobility and strengthen abs, butt, and shoulders to eliminate nagging aches and pains, boost performance and reduce the risk of injury.
If you want to learn the proper way to work your abs without dangerous and unproductive crunches and sit-ups, this class is for you!
You will NEVER perform a crunch or sit-up again! They are ineffective and lead to neck and back issues down the road. Read below for the latest research and reasoning.

The True Function of the Core is STABILIZATION in ALL 3 Planes of Motion. Multiple Short 10-Second Isometric Holds Trump ONE Longer 30-60+ Second Hold: This allows for greater focus, intensity, and overall training effect.
The 60-minute A.B.S. class includes a 10-minute tissue quality circuit to address the main areas of the body that have muscle restrictions. This is followed by a 10-minute flexibility and mobility circuit where we lengthen your muscles and best prepare you for the workout. The workout includes an intense and fast-paced 20-minute strength and endurance circuit that hits your abs, butt and shoulders. We follow the main workout with a 4-minute finisher that will strengthen your core and provide additional cardio and total-body strengthening. The class ends with a 5-minute high-priority tissue quality and flexibility circuit.
Due to the small group format, this class is limited to 14 members. Although this is a “walk-in” and punch card workout, pre-registration is required.
