I began going to precision fitness initially to encourage my wife to continue participating in an exercise program. I had been fairly active in martial arts and thought this would be an easy “aerobics kind of workout” for women. Little did I realize that I was in for a challenging work out that would change the way I thought of exercise completely! I came to realize that you really could get a terrific overall work out that not only was aerobic, but was also muscle building and flexibility enhancing that is never boring. At age 47 I don’t recover from injuries as I once could, so safety was paramount. I have been very pleased that even during the most rigorous sessions close oversight is ever present so that risk of injury is minimized while exercise efficiency is optimized. I now really look forward to each work out and am able to share time with my wife in a fun environment that betters the quality as well as quantity of life we’ll be able to have together.
