What brought you to Precision Fitness in the first place?

My wife, Nicole is a client at Precision Fitness and started training there a little bit before I did. I saw that she was getting results and was waking up at 430 to go workout. That says a lot because she is not a morning person and that I should give it a try. At first I set a goal to be a certain weight, while that number is still a goal it’s really not that important anymore. I like seeing the results each week and the energy that I have now from when I started.

What are your goals?

My goal weight is to be at 190 and to stay in shape.

What kind of success have you had?

I was in the military for nine years. When my commitment was over in late 2012, I struggled with making time to continue to work out every day. I have a bad back because of an injury from the military and had knee surgery last November which made losing weight much harder.  I started Precision Fitness in February this year, and have lost about 46 pounds.

What is your favorite thing about Precision Fitness?

My favorite thing is that I am always being challenged. The workouts are always changing so your body doesn’t get used to it. No matter what trainer I have they always push me and correct me if I am not doing the exercise right and I like it. The other clients help motivate each other too, which is great when you are having a bad day.

How do you make time to exercise?

Precision Fitness has made me realize that my health is a priority and I have to make the time to go workout. They offer so any training sessions each day so there is no excuse not to come in for training. After each training session I know I got a great workout in and that is what makes me keep coming back for more.
