I gained a lot of weight very quickly during my first year out of college because I wasn’t taking care of myself. I spent my free time binge watching Netflix, and my diet consisted of fast food and frozen pizzas. My health deteriorated to the point that I had high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic at 23 years old! After having my gallbladder taken out (due to health issues), the surgeon casually brought up the possibility of weight loss surgery. I was appalled. At that point, I realized how overweight I had become and knew that I had to do something!
I wasn’t looking for a quick fix. I wanted to change my lifestyle and get healthy the right way. I started changing my eating habits, and I lost some weight, but I knew I needed to start exercising to see better results. I found Precision Fitness on the Internet, read some reviews, and signed up for the New Year, New You Challenge. I had no idea that it was going to have such a positive impact on my life!
In the short time I have been working out with Dustin, I have regained my confidence and drastically improved my health. It’s incredible how fast the weight has come off! In just a month, I am wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in over two years! I feel great and have way more energy!
I was spending over an hour doing cardio at the gym, and it didn’t produce the kind of results that I’m getting at Precision Fitness in just 30 minutes. I love how the trainers adjust exercises to meet your level of fitness. They push you, encourage you, and make sure you have proper form so you don’t hurt yourself!
My goal is to continue working out and eating clean until I reach a healthy weight. I make working out a priority! It’s the first thing that goes on my calendar, and I plan around it! I am so excited that I found Precision Fitness, and I’m grateful that they’re helping me get my life back on track!
