Client Of The Month – April

I have been thrilled with the results of my workout time at Precision Fitness over the past few months. The physical change I am going through is amazing and the change just keeps on coming. Since starting this program I have had to change my jean size twice beginning with a tight 38″ waist size to a comfortable 34″ waist. I originally told Dustin as one of my goals that I would be thrilled if I could get back into a 34″ waist size and he asked me why not a 32″ waist. My response to him was that he was crazy and that I thought that would be an impossible goal. I now have to admit that he was not so crazy and with the changes I have seen in the last 3 months, it is very possible that I could get back into a 32″ waist size which I have not done in almost 30 years. I have dropped nearly 40 pounds since starting these workouts. I am completely off of the blood pressure meds that I have been bound to for the past several years. Just last summer I was huffing and puffing to ride my bicycle the 1/2 mile round trip around our favorite camp ground with my wife and grand kids. I am up to 10 miles with all of them now thanks to the boost I am experiencing in energy and stamina. This life style change has given me the drive and physical ability to keep up with my grandkids giving us more quality time together. I feel very strongly that this is all a result of the special training I am receiving at Precision Fitness. I have had some success with other weight loss programs and dieting but when the diet is over, the weight starts coming back. With this program, I really have not made any huge changes to my diet. The biggest change in my life style right now is two 30 minute workouts after work at Precision Fitness every week, and the extra time I am now able to get out and be active with my family, instead of coming home from work and just kicking back in the recliner. As long as I continue what now seems to be a very small amount of my time during a couple of days a week I believe my physical condition and health will continue to improve.
Strength training keeps me centered and balanced.  I look forward to my workouts and miss training during the off week.  Dustin’s dedication to my success is motivational and makes each session something to truly look forward to.  Training at Precision Fitness with Dustin, whether as in an individual or in a group, will continue to be the foundation of my fitness regimen.
